There are a bunch of rompers on sale right now at forever21 for under $15, some as low as $7 in lots of prints and colors. I'm sure right now is the time to buy a blazer if you haven't already, now that the weather is getting warmer they will be going on sale and clearance so grab one or two if you see them, I love blazers! You could easily find one for under $20. If you don't have a pair of neutral shoes in your closet yet you could grab a pair for $10-$20 at Target or Walmart and for the bag Kourtney is using, if you search "quilted black bag" on ebay you will find lots of options for $10 and up. I love that she isn't wearing any accessories, keeping her look very casual. You could add belt to accentuate your waist!
